Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TVOUTLET account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the television or electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all remotes, power cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
